These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and apti22 ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, completing interactive assessment simulators, taking mock company assessments, or accessing any service hosted under apti22.in or its associated subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you disagree with any provision in these Terms, your sole remedy is to immediately cease using and accessing the platform.
Purpose & Independent Platform Notice
apti22 was engineered exclusively as an educational self-study tool to assist students and software professionals in training for cognitive logic gates, English fluency evaluations, AI-assisted coding paradigms, and debugging rounds.
apti22 is an independent preparation platform. All corporate brand names, hiring round references, and assessment styles mentioned (including but not limited to Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Zoho, Deloitte, and IBM) are utilized strictly for descriptive and nominative fair-use purposes to illustrate typical recruitment patterns. apti22 is not endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or partnered with any of these employers or third-party examination vendors.
Accounts & Responsibilities
When you sign in to apti22 using Google OAuth to sync your history across devices:
- Credential Security: You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of the credentials used to access your Google account. All actions taken under your account session are your responsibility.
- Accurate Representation: You agree not to spoof headers, falsify identities, or utilize credentials belonging to others without express authorization.
- Personal License: Accounts and subscription tiers are granted on a single-individual basis. Sharing logins or credential automation is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property Rights
The software architecture, interactive engines (including inductive puzzle creators, grid solvers, and telemetry analytics), UI layouts, brand marks, and curated scenario banks are the proprietary intellectual property of apti22 and its contributors.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and practice on apti22 for your personal, non-commercial self-preparation. Any unauthorized redistribution or public broadcasting of our internal question banks is strictly forbidden.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
"As Is" and "As Available": The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for constant availability and accurate grading rubrics, we do not warrant that simulations will always be uninterrupted or entirely free of minor typographical errors.
No Guarantee of Employment: Completion of mock rounds or scoring high percentiles on apti22 does not guarantee employment, internship offers, interview invitations, or specific test scores on actual corporate hiring drives.
Limitation of Damages: In no event shall apti22 or its developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, downtime, or reliance on assessment scoring benchmarks.
Modifications & Termination
We periodically update features, question banks, AI evaluation parameters, and these Terms to mirror changing recruitment requirements. Any revisions will be reflected by the "Last updated" notice at the top of this document. Continued usage after amendments indicates full consent to updated terms.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate platform integrity rules or attempt unauthorized automated extraction of test content.
